Double Room Beside Ocean Terminal

I have a spacious double room with King Sized bed in large, tidy, 2 bed flat, with Balcony. Close to the shore area for pubs and restaurants. Also has bus links to city centre within a minutes walk. Bus numbers: 22, N22, 10, 16, 36, 200 and 300 are all regular.

The room also includes own shower room. All bills are included. Broadband is available and is very reliable. I am not looking for a long term flatmate and will happily have part timer if this is suitable. The room is not available July&Aug. Any questions please ask. The room is an 'L' shape so getting an accurate picture to show the size is difficult. Potential flatmate must be clean and tidy. Please note I have a small dog (who does not shed), she is very well behaved but if you don't like dogs then this isn't the room for you.
