Local shops include a large tescos close by at cannonmills but also some convenience stores .

I am seeking a working professional or mature student who is clean and friendly to take a room in my flat. currently one professional occupying the other room.

Rent is £625 Per calendar month - this includes all bills, internet & council tax as well as 6 hours a month of contractual professional cleaning of communal spaces

There is a deposit of one month of £500 and one months notice is required by both parties prior to vacating.
