I aim to rent each room to only one person so you can have a big (75mt) beautiful apartment to share with only another person so consequently a lot of time on your own at home, depending on each one schedule. But if you are interested at the whole flat is up to you.

The bedrooms are big, bright, lovely and very quiet. The garden in the picture is the view from the bedrooms.
In one bedroom there is also a Mezzanine with another double bed. So could be very good if you have a friend or relatives to visit.
As I said i hope to find only 1 person each room but if you buddy up and want to rent the whole place on 3 people this is even possible. Available even to couple. The rent in this case will be a bit higher for the couple and lower for the single person. If single person is happy to share with a couple.

The flat is clean, homely, big and very comfortable.
I use to live in this apartment and then rent for long term for a while and then for holiday too, so it is very comfortable and planned for any use. I still have the ad on the Airbnb website if you like to see more pictures and reviews.
There is a kitchen with all appliance (kettle, toaster, microwave, oven) in perfect working condition. 
Big living room with fireplace, TV 32" with on Demand channels and NETFLIX subscription included.
The kitchen, living room and bathroom is TO SHARE.

On street FREE PARKING
The location is fantastic, it is a only 10 minutes walk from Princess Street and the Waverley Station. 
Plenty of shops and restaurants just few steps away and bus to and from all around Edinburgh. 15 different buses run along Leith Walk.

electricity and gas depend on your usage.
The apartment is very warm and gas and electricity will be cheap even in winter time. Just fixed new DOUBLE / SAFETY glazing windows.

I am looking for clean, considerate and mature people, who likes to live in a nice place and make the flat his/her own house. No party animals.
