We're in need of a new flatmate as soon as possible.

Amenities include:

- 2 bathrooms (bath, shower and sauna)
- Large shared living room
- Shared kitchen (gas hob)
- Two minutes walk to Tesco superstore and five minutes to Newkirkgate Shopping Centre
- Great location for buses to city centre and Ocean Terminal
- Right beside Leith Links park

We would prefer another professional for council tax reasons.

The room is large and comes with double bed, desk and mirror wardrobe.

The rent does not include bills and as we will be starting a new lease when we find a new flatmate it may go up a little.

We share housework on an ad-hoc basis.
