Cosy box room available Monday - Friday (occaisional weekends by arrangement) in Leith Walk flat close to main bus routes.
We seek a relaxed and tidy professional to come and share our flat in the heart of Leith walk.
Non-smoker please.
We are looking for someone who wishes to stay for 4 months minimum. 1 month’s rent as deposit (£100 retainer if interested; which forms part of the deposit).
New fitted kitchen, Gas central heating and electric shower.
Rent includes all utility bills, council tax, broadband, TV licence and communal cleaning stuff.
To share with myself (finance), my husband (research) and our other Monday to Friday Lodger Andrew (IT).
We can provide clean bedding, towels.
Occasional weekend stays OK with pre arrangement.
