You:

You are a non-smoker;
You are at least twenty-three years old;
You are a professional preferably;
You are mature and considerate towards flatmates and neighbours;
If you work shifts, you are quiet when returning to the flat late at night;
You do your fair share of household chores;
You expect to stay for at least six months, preferably longer.
You have good credit;
You are not allergic to dogs - one of the girls has a pet dog.

In the past there have been instances of flatmates effectively moving their partners in full-time, informally. This has understandably upset the others in the flat. Therefore, you are requested to let your flatmates know in advance if your partner will be staying over. Also, we ask that you limit stay-overs to no more than twice a week.
