Hi, as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend I am now looking for a new one.
The flat is located at the end of balfour street, modern build. You can see pilrig park from the living room. Shops, bus stop and park are just a short walk away. It's also quick into the city centre.
I would like someone who is happy to live in a social flat. The living room is the main room in the flat and I would love for it to stay that way. Netflix marathons, game nights, a pint in the pub, and cooking together I'm up for all of it.
There is a cat as well, so you need to be OK with that.
Bill's are not included in the rent, so you'd need to add about £80 for council tax, £15 for electricity and £40 for gas (the latter one is 3 monthly)
In total it will come up to approximately £500 a month.
