Bright Double Bedroom With En Suite

Double bedroom with en suite available for now until mid June, while I am away. There is a possibility it could be extended if I decided to travel for longer. The flat is really modern, clean and warm. King size bed, all bills included. No smokers allowed in the flat, nor pets. Couples welcome, but it will be £700 all bills included. My current flatmate is an Aussie, professional girl, and one friend to come. The let could possibly be extended for a bit, but for now it would be just until the end of April, beginning of May 2018. Full month deposit in cash in advance. Clean, responsible and tidy people wanted.
