Large Double Bed, Leith Walk SHORT TERM May - July

We're renting a large sunny bedroom in a 2 bed flat on Leith walk.

It's a great location, about a 20 minute walk to Princes street. Bus links, supermarkets, parks, nice cafes & bars are all on your doorstep!

The room itself has lovely hardwood floors and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, one chest of drawers, two large bookshelves and a wooden wardrobe. (So there is lots of storage!)

You will be sharing the flat with one lovely english student, she's in her mid 20s and is super friendly, loves to cook!

The shared spaces include:

- Kitchen: Equipped with everything you could need! Including a very well stocked spice rack, oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, pots pans, mugs etc!

- Combined living room / dining area: With a two person sofa, a rocking chair and a large table and dining chairs.

- Large hallway: With a shoe rack and a huge mirror!

- Small laundry room / storage space: Equipped with a good washing machine and clothes drying racks.

- Shared garden: We've never actually used the shared garden space because there are so many great parks nearby, but it's there if you want it!

- Bathroom: Toilet, sink, mirror, a small storage shelf.

- Shower room: Tiny room! Just a shower and a sink, but the water pressure is good.

All bills are included in the price including internet, 500 / month for a single person and 550 / month for a couple.

It really is a lovely flat with a lot of nice natural light and great furnishings! When looking at the photos please note that a few of the personal items will be taken when we move.
