Double en-suite room, lovely flat & great location

Sadly my flatmate is moving back to yorkshire, so her room is up for grabs.

It's a lovely 2 bed flat in the Bonnington/Leith area, it's a great location with the shore, ocean terminal, leith walk, broughton st bars and restaurants a short walk away. There is a bus stop outside the flat and leith walk a short walk away where there are buses that go across the city.

The flat is big for two people; large lounge with bay window overlooking the park, large kitchen with plenty of storage and dining space, 2 double bedrooms, the available room has an en suite (with an excellent shower) and a huge built in wardrobe and a double bed. Large storage cupboard in the hall and a car park and bike storage.

The flat was freshened up a year ago with carpets cleaned and lounge and bedrooms painted, also have a new fridge freezer and oven.

There is free car parking and also a secure storage room for bikes etc.

The flat was given a bit of a refresh just over a year ago after the previous guys moved out. I got carpet cleaners in and painted the lounge and both bedrooms and all the furniture/furnishings are new making the flat much brighter and fresh.

The flat is unfurnished but there is a bed in the room. The rest of the furniture in the flat including the TV is my own.

Rent is £364.50 a month and bills roughly £150 each a month

So about me, 35 year old female professional working 9-5 in events. In the week I usually have a chilled evening; either going to the gym, swimming or chilling at home. I’m a social person although not a massive party animal anymore. I enjoy going to the cinema (big film fan), out for dinner, drinks, love a pub quiz although pretty useless. I also enjoy nights in with a good film/TV series, sharing a bottle of wine with flatmates, cooking, baking and generally catching up with my friends.

Love’s in life; Gin, Rugby, Cheese, Game of thrones, films, Christmas, the outdoors, music festivals, seeing new places.

My boyfriend stays a few nights a week and then the rest of the time im at his so you get the flat to yourself.

The room is available from 10th July (possibly sooner)
