I am looking for someone to take over my lease (until August 31st) for the a studio flat, in student accommodation. The cost per week is £159 with all bills included and super fast broadband (Virgin 100+mb/s). The flat has a fully fitted kitchen and includes a tv. The room includes a desk, wardrobe, en-suite and a lot of storage, including under the bed. The flat is located next to Cameron Toll shopping centre, so is convenient for all your needs and is a 5/10 minute walk from the Kings Buildings (Edinburgh University). Also it would make a great flat for the fringe festival.

Furthermore, there are 5/6 different buses located within a few minutes walk (some outside the building) which go to all areas of Edinburgh with the majority taking you to the city centre. These run all very frequently and into the night.
