The House is 4 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. The kitchen/living room is fully furnished with a gas cooker, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, 2 large sofas, coffee table, and a wealth of communal cooking equipment.
The house is currently resided by myself and two other mature post-grad students. I am looking for another person to start renting asap. Available for both short-term and long-term rent. Sorry, no couples.
