I have a spare room in my house available which would suit someone looking for a quiet and professional living space, especially for anyone moving to the city without furniture and whilst continuing to look for their longer term accommodation. I have a six year old bulldog who is friendly and a bit bossy. He loves attention so confidence with dogs is a must!. The property is in a quiet area but is a 2 minute walk to major bus routes into city centre. There are good connections to Edinburgh University and Kings Buildings and the Royal Infirmary are both within walking distance.. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or enquiries. Council Tax Band D (to be arranged alongside owner for long term stays)

The property is my home and I will also be living there.
