2 of us are moving out of this lovely 3 bedroom flat and are looking for 2 new flatmates to take over. The flat comprises of:

- fitted kitchen with, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and a brand new no frost fridge freezer
- a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower head
- a double en-suite (with shower) bedroom that goes out to the balcony
- 2 single bedrooms with desks and large built in wardrobes
- newly renovated balcony.

Please note that this flat is non-HMO.

Current tenant is graduating this year so we are looking for people that are happy to share the council tax (band F).
Bill contribution is ~50£ for single bedrooms and 100£ for the double bedroom.
