SINGLE ROOM 1 LET AGREED.

One single room remains available 15 mins from Cameron Toll and 20 mins from King's Campus by walk.

2 of us are moving out of this lovely 3 bedroom flat and are looking for 2 new flatmates to take over. The flat comprises of:

- a spacious living/dining room
- fitted kitchen with, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and a brand new no frost fridge freezer
- a family bathroom with a bathtub and shower head
- a double en-suite (with shower) bedroom
- 2 single bedrooms with large built in wardrobes
- newly renovated balcony.

Current tenant is graduating this year so we are looking for people that are happy to share the council tax (band F).
Bill contribution is ~50£ for single bedrooms and 100£ for the double bedroom.

Single room 1 is now let agreed and Single room 2 Available from end of August/start of September.
