nice large bedroom in a modest but very well equipped and comfortable lower villa flat conveniently situated just next to the Old Dalkeith Road (EH16) with convenient access to downtown Edinburgh by the bus 24, 3, 33, 29. The bus runs every 10 mins and the journey takes approximately 20 mins. In addition, the pleasant neighbours, surrounding greenery and almost non-existent traffic make it a very ideal place for students and working professionals.

Some other aspects of life here that you will probably enjoy like I did:
