Double Room in Liberton

Hello! There is a cozy double room available in Liberton area from May 1st.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The flat is located in a quiet Liberton area with bus connections to almost everywhere in the city within walking distance. We also have the luxury of a private garden and a sunny (rare I know) balcony.

I’m looking for a friendly female professional who is respectful of communal spaces but enjoys a homely setting. Please keep in mind that this is not a party flat but occasional dinner parties are encouraged :). Someone who is clean, tidy and can commit to shared household duties is very important.

I’m a full-time professional working as a researcher at the University of Edinburgh. I enjoy cooking, reading, movies and meeting up with friends. I value open and caring communication and it is important to me that you feel at home as much as I do. You would be sharing the flat with me.

Rent is £580 + bills (gas & electricity, WiFi, council tax) which usually land around £130-160 each depending on the season.
