The local bus services into the city centre are excellent - between 20 to 40 minutes bus ride depending on the routes and traffic.
The owner is a woman and prefer a quiet female housemate. There are two cats sharing the house. So the renter should be someone who likes cats.
While there is no television available, books to read are aplenty. The prospective renter is welcome to use the books as long as she tidies up afterwards.
The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared facilities. Cleanliness is very important and the renter is expected to share in the cleaning of the shared space. Usually the cleaning takes place once a week. It’s an environmentally friendly household so recycling and composting are a must while water and energy wastage is discouraged.
