I have a room to rent in my house. It's a large furnished double room with ensuite.

I've had two previous flatmates both stayed over 4 years. A new ensuite fitted has just been fitted.

The house has free on street parking and a very good convenience shop on the corner. The bus stop is 2 mins from the flat and the 31 bus goes right into town.

The flat is close to Kings Buildings and Edinburgh Royal Infirmary Hospital.

Flat has a newly fitted kitchen, the usual items - coffee machine, microwave, cooker and hob.

There is a lovely private garden to use at the rear of the property.

Monthly rental includes all bills and council tax - wifi and Sky TV included too.
