Large Double Room in Student House Near King's

Double room available from September in a 4 bedroom student house in the quiet suburb of Liberton. You would be sharing with myself (male) and 2 female students.

The house is really lovely, warm and comfortably furnished. It has a large living/dining area, a new and kitted out kitchen, with 2 bathrooms and tonnes of storage. There is a great garden for summer BBQs and a secure garden shed for bikes. There's fantastic views of Arthur's Seat as well.

The room has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, desk lamp and storage built into the wall. Some of the furniture will be upgraded by September.

It is a 15 minutes walk to King's and very regular buses close to the doorstep can take you to Central in 15 minutes. There is free on street parking as well.

There is a corner shop a minutes walk away and a large Aldi is close by, which I can drive to for a big shop.

1 months security deposit is needed and you would need to sign a contract. Electricity, gas and Virgin fiber will be around £25 pm. The room would be available from the start of September until the end of May.

About myself - I am a 23 year old student studying Environmental Science at Edinburgh Uni, I am friendly, chilled out and like to cook. Outside of university I enjoy running, climbing and hillwalking. My ambition for this place is a friendly house for friendly people who enjoy using the spaces (kitchen, living room) so feel free to have dinners/drinks with friends here.
