Very spacious private attic room with ensuite, fully furnished. The kitchen is shared. Price includes bills/wifi.

You MUST be clean, tidy, respectful and in employment.

If you don't like dogs then you won't like it here as I have two dogs and one cat.
Please do not reply to this ad if you are not comfortable with dogs/cats.

As with all rentals, the first month's rent is in advance. Very small deposit to secure the room is required, but will be deducted from the first month's rent.

Anything you break I would expect you to be honest and replace it please.

Would consider Mon-Fri (5 nights) let at reduced rent.
