Hello, I'm moving out of my flat and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease and move in with my flatmate Jamie from early to mid March.
The flat is on the main road with the number 37 bus running directly into Edinburgh city centre, Southside and Waverley station and is close to an asda, sainsburys and lidl. But there is also on-street parking without permits. The room is fully furnished and there is a shared bathroom and a really nice little kitchen.
The rent is £475 plus bills (around £80) and council tax (band B), which would be shared with Jamie.
My flatmate is a postdoctoral researcher at the Roslin Institute. He’s friendly, easy-going and tidy, and the flat is generally fairly quiet and relaxed.
We’re ideally looking for someone open to staying longer-term, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Feel free to message if you have any questions and we can sort out a viewing.
