Bright, spacious room next to the Meadows

Spacious room in a four bedroom flat, with plenty storage space. The room is comfortable and it's not a cold flat. It is in a great location and my current flatmates are friendly and busy professionals so it is not a crazy party flat but it is a nice place to live in. With views to the shared garden the room is quite sheltered. There is a single bed at the moment but that can be changed to a double bed and there is a double futon too, the room is fully furnished. My current flatmates are looking for a professional over 30 who is looking for long term accommodation. Council tax is included on the price of the room. The room will be available from January 2019 (or the 23rd of December 2018)
