Use of the bathroom, kitchen/living room, box-room and garden are all available.
Kitchen has access to washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, and fridge.
Bedroom comes furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, under desk storage, chest of drawers, bed side table and armchair.

The house is centrally heated with radiators in every room.

Current tennants are 3 recently graduated students, 2 female, 1 male.
