Room in 4 bed Marchmont flat available

We're 3 young professionals (recent graduates) with a spare room in our 4 bed flat in Marchmont.

The room is available from the 26th of August (but can be negotiated later/earlier), ideally with a minimum 6 month stay.

The location is ideal, with views of the castle from the street and the meadows/town on the doorstep.

We're easy going and looking for someone like us to share the flat with. More details/photos available upon request!
