Looking for a female to live in my room from 5-6 months as I am going on a semester abroad. Move in/ out dates are slightly flexible. Lovely bright room at the back of the flat, with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and mirrors. Perfect for an international student from Napier or Edinburgh University. Big living room with comfy sofas and dining room table. Current flatmates are tidy and easy going. Private landlord, so things get fixed and sorted easily. There is a well kept garden out the back, where you can keep your bike if needed. The flat is on the 2nd floor. Nearest shops are 10 minute walk away, with a newsagent 2 mins round the corner. Bills are £35 pcm.
