Double Room in Newington

I am subletting my room in a lovely four bedroom flat from Monday to Friday.

The room comes with a double bed and there will be a shelf and a chest of drawers for your belongings.
The flat has a shared, large kitchen area and a shared bathroom. Bills, broadband and tax included in the price.

The flatmates are very social and open, especially on the weekends as everyone is a professional and therefore following their own working schedule.

The flat is in the first floor of a tenement building. Non-residential parking round the corner.

The let is Monday to Friday only but will consider full-time lets over the Christmas period.
