2 months sublet, couples allowed

I’m subletting my room on the Bruntsfield links (Meadows) during December and January. Couples allowed.

I pay 500 pounds a month myself so the 390 is a pretty neat deal, especially for couples. It is not necessary to pay a deposit. It is possible to rent for just one month but in that case, it is 500 pounds.

- Includes Wifi and an ethernet cable for a secure and fast connection and a well-functioning air purifier, heater, music speakers etc and I will empty all shelves and closets. The closet near the door is very large and has a clothing rack.
- The room is on a quiet street and there is generally very little noise coming in the room. Within 20 steps you are on the meadows. -
- Decent size supermarket on 5 minutes’ walk.
- 15 min walk to Princes Street & University
- Includes a shared bathroom, very big kitchen with two sinks, two stoves, two ovens, two fridges, etc. and all cooking equipment you need, two washing machines, tumble dryer, etc.
- Includes 6 lovely and mostly quiet flatmates. You share your bathroom with only two others.

- Functioning cleaning schedule
- My landlord knows that I am subletting so you don’t have to hide.
