I am an Austrian Communications professional living in a lovely garden flat with my two daughters aged 6 and 13. We are Spanish and German spoken. We have a large and bright room to rent. All rooms in the flat are garden-facing and there is an additional study that is shared. The living room is a great space for exercise (I have parallets and gym rings outside).

The Braids/Blackford Hill and the Meadows are 10 walking minutes away.
