Awesome Room in Marchmont right by the Meadows!

Hi there, I’m looking for someone who needs a room in Edinburgh! I’m a student at the University of Edinburgh will not be here from December onwards.

The room is available from the 3rd of December. The flat is in Marchmont right by the Meadows, meaning it is extremely close to the city center. New carpets have just been put in and the place is furnished. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The room has a double bed, desk, closet space and a couch, plus it has a lock for privacy. One flatmate is already living there and she would be the one to hand over the keys.

Utility and broadband is not included in the monthly rent, you will be informed of the cost at the end of the month:)
