Large double bedroom next to Meadows

I have one double room for rent to a lodger in a two-bedroom flat just around the corner from the Meadows. The room is fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, desk and desk chair. There is a shared kitchen/living room and a shared bathroom. The room is available from 04/01/2025.

I am a live-in landlord, and a professional. I am often out at different things in the evenings. Ideally, a lodger will also be a professional mostly working in-person, with a liking for animals (as there is a small dog in the flat), and responsible and considerate, especially regarding cleaning the communal areas and cleaning up after yourself. Council tax and bills come to around £150 each.
