A cosy room is available to rent in a spacious Marchmont tenement flat (top floor!) This lovely room comes furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and chest of drawers. It catches beautiful afternoon sun from a window overlooking the garden below and is the warmest room in the flat! It will be available for rent from 3rd October after our lovely flatmate moves out.

The communal spaces in the flat comprise a large living and dining room where we like to hang out, a tidy kitchen and one bathroom.

Currently in the flat are three friendly professionals (1 female and a couple, aged between 31-35) so for council tax purposes are looking for a new housemate who is also a professional. But more importantly, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, kind and fun and enjoys hanging out and sharing a communal dinner and a couple of glasses of wine every so often. We keep the flat clean and tidy, as we enjoy spending time in the space, so we’re looking for someone who will regularly contribute to keeping the flat clean and tidying up after themselves.

There is also a parking spot available with the flat that will need to be purchased via permit if needed.
