Three bedroom ground floor Marchmont flat seeks third human to occupy bedroom and play with cats.

Occupancy includes access to: fast broadband, a houseful of tools, kitchen equipment, and smart electronics, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, direct access to shared back garden, a ridiculous number of fairy lights, a pretty chill landlord. Doesn't include bills which vary up to about £300 max (so far).

Remaining flatmates are friendly chaps but it's not the sort of place where everyone just hangs out together a lot - the kitchen is large enough to be a nice social space but people have their own lives.
