Room available in renovated flat

Hi there, I am looking for someone to move into the spare room in my flat. The flat has recently been renovated to a high standard, and the room is en suite.

This flat is located just off the Meadows with a few local shops along the road, and a short walk into town, or Fountainbridge.

The room available is fairly sized and has an en suite and views out to the garden (which we have access to aswell). There is a separate dining room if you are working from home.

Permit parking available on street.

I am a quiet friendly individual who is happy both in company and on my own. I work in finance, and always up for a movie night.

I am pretty easy going, however, I do appreciate some quiet time every now and time to recharge. Therefore, NO PARTY ANIMALS PLEASE.

I am looking for somebody who is fairly sociable, but also respects the privacy of others. I am keen to have somebody to cook a meal with and watch a film with every now and then in the evenings after work and just chill out.
