I have a double bedroom available from August 1st to August 31st in a 3-bedroom flat. The room is suitable for couples, and the check-in and check-out dates can be flexible within a one-week range, as long as the minimum rental period of one month is fulfilled.

The flat is conveniently located at EH92NR, with a 15-minute walk to the King's Building and a 10-minute walk to the Meadows. The double bedroom is fully furnished and ready for occupancy.

For the festival month of August, the rental price is £1000, which includes all bills. Additionally, a deposit of £100 is required to secure the room.
