Very clean furnished room for rent

This is a clean, furnished, warmly decorated room for rent in the center of the city perfect for visiting over the fringe. There are 2 very friendly girls who are students staying over the time but have their own commitments. All bills are included in the price, and there is a washing machine in the flat. The flat is completely furnished and is a very short walk from the New Town. It is surrounded by food shops such as Sainsbury's and cute independent cafes. Note no smoking in the flat but there is a shared garden in which to smoke.
