The flat has a private garden to the front and a shared garden to the rear of the property. There is a secure entry system (entry phone).
The flat is situated close to Edinburgh University, walking distance to the City Centre. The local area has a wide range of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and excellent bus routes.

I'm looking for 1 person to share this flat with a friendly guy (PhD student).
The rent for this double room is £550 pcm. Bills and council tax are not included. Deposit: £650.

The room is available from 10/10/22. A long term lease is preferred.
