Meadows View Room w/ Private bathroom

This is a MON-FRI (4 nights) let and for ONE person only. Although occasional weekend ok by agreement and happy to be flexible on days - Sunday to Wednesday suits too. 7 days a week considered for short term.
£50 a night if 2/3 nights (if it varies- weekly days to be to mutually agreed in advance if flexibility needed!
The flat overlooks the Meadows - 5 min walk from the uni/ George square . You 're welcome to share the lounge and dining kitchen although there's a TV in your room too. There's a brand new shower-room right next door to the room -which will be primarily yours - see photos .
The location is great: 15 mins to Princes St/ Waverley Station with lots of buses nearby, one stop right outside no 9 & 47 I think.
Unfortunately it is unsuitable for someone working from home.
I'm looking for someone who's easy-going, good fun; clean, tidy and mindful of the environment
I have always had lodgers (and most are now good friends). I'm pretty young-minded and easy going. I try to be environmentally-friendly in how I live too.
I also tutor from home a couple of days a week 4-7pm.

It's also helpful if you have a profile with a photo ( of yourself) on here too.
I'm flexible if you want less nights a week or if you need some weekends- price will reflect additional days. All bills are included but this assumes reasonable energy use!
