I’ve lived here since June 2022 with my three lovely flatmates. I’m moving out as I’m finishing my PhD at the University of Edinburgh, so we are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate, and friendly to take over my lease as soon as possible. A short in-person viewing (or video call if needed) with the flatmates is required, as getting along socially is important in the flat.

You’ll be living with three genuinely warm and welcoming people (aged 28–34) — a mix of professionals/postdocs and postgrad students from the UK and France. Everyone is respectful, friendly, and easy to get along with. People are happy to have a chat over dinner or give you space to do your own thing. Another flatmate will be moving out in January, so if you and a friend are looking for two rooms, that could work well — just note that the available dates differ (this room is available immediately; the other will be available sometime in January, and the exact timing can be discussed with my flatmate).
