Top floor in central Marchmont w graduate students

The flat is on the top floor with four bedrooms, kitchen with a pantry and dishwasher, spacious living room with lots of space for reading or working, two bathrooms, washing machine, and three storage closets. There is plenty of natural light from the windows and skylights, and there are lovely views of the Edinburgh Castle. The flat is centrally located in Marchmont, along the 24 and 9 bus routes that go to Kings Buildings or into town. The room is available from Sept 1.

We study chemistry and physics, and we are open to students from any academic background. We share a love for reading, climbing, board games, and occasionally hosting fun gatherings. Keeping our flat clean and tidy is important to us.

Please note: We are looking for graduate students only, PhD or masters, as we don't pay council tax.
