Short term let in quiet area by Meadows

Hello!
I have 2 lovely double rooms which I am looking to let for 4-6 weeks in December-January. Would be suitable for someone just visiting Edinburgh for a lengthy stay or wanting a base whilst looking for a longer term living arrangement.
Both double rooms are light, airy and fully furnished. Central heating with double glazing throughout the property. The open plan modern kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
The bathroom is an unheated glass cieling ‘Wim Hof wet room’ with hot water for showers and bath... So please only inquire if you consider yourself an adventurous bather!
Ideally I am looking for a quiet, mature, independant and friendly Lodger who has had experience upkeeping a house and will appreciate this gem of a place. Must be OK with my well behaved Collie X dog.
Most importantly, someone who likes keeping things nice and clean. OCD is fine.
I'm 50 (but don't feel like it!), friendly and outdoorsy. I enjoy an occasional shared meal or a social glass of wine but otherwise I like my space. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, walks and starting the day with meditation and a Yoga practice.
I'm not vegetarian but rarely cook meat and would prefer to share with vegetarians or pescetarians.
My place is very conveniantly located on a quiet street by the Meadows within 10min walk to the city centre and plenty cafes nearby.
Rent includes broadband and council tax However gas and electricity bills will be shared.
