The flat is a traditional style tenement building situated a stones throw away from the Bruntsfield Links, with a 15 min walk into the centre of town. The flat itself hosts - Three large double bedrooms, large lounge/ dining area, kitchen & communal bathroom. There is also a communal garden at the back of the property. Parking is a permitted zone at the front of the property and surrounding streets (1 of 2 permits currently in use). The room currently available is for single occupancy only..
About your prospective flatmates -
31 year old (male) working professional - Working in the Investment/Finance industry. Enjoy watching sports and chilling out in my down time. Other interests include: Golf, Beers, good food & traveling.. -
26 year old (female) working professional - Works in medical field. Enjoy socialising, travelling and chilling out.
What we are looking for-
We are looking for a working professional to occupy the room - Room is open to anyone (male or female). Unfortunately students are not permitted by the landlord (this also includes PHDs).
The flat all in all is a quiet one, so would be good fit for anyone similar to ourselves. We should note that this isn’t a party flat in any sense, but we are a social bunch who have the odd visitor/ pals over for an evening.
