Immediate move in - Room in 2-bed marchmont flat

Hello! This is a bit of a crazy turnaround but an application for a new flatmate would need to be sent by the 29th, so the timescales for this room is a bit mental, which I know isn’t for everyone, but I figured if we vibed we vibed?! The flat is two-bed one bath (council tax band D) on the second floor, all the neighbours are lovely. A bit about me, I’m 23 a young professional. I love to cook and bake, draw, paint - anything arty really. I am friendly (I’ve been told funny) and I love animals and my pals.
