Spacious room in a first-floor HMO flat available to rent from mid-March (some flexibility on when our current flatmate moves out, ideally we want the room filled by the middle of April). The flat is located near the meadows, with plenty of shops, pubs, cafes, etc nearby, and easy access to the city centre.

We are two young professionals, so it would be ideal for someone similar, but we're open to anyone who is sound and clean.
