Spacious room for next academic year in Marchmont

We are three female students going into fourth year at the University of Edinburgh, living in a lovely four-bedroom flat in Marchmont. Unfortunately, one of our flatmates is graduating, so we are on the hunt for a new flatmate!

The flat is situated on Marchmont Road, just a short walk away from the university campus. We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and friendly, and who will fit in well with our easy-going lifestyle. Someone who will happily tag along on library trips and join us for dinners! Due to council tax reasons we will only consider students.

Rent is £500 per month, plus bills. There is not a specific move-in date yet, but it is expected to be around or on the 1st of June.
