The room is available now for 750 a month plus bills, wifi and council tax (Band D). The flat is in the marchmont area just off the meadows, a short walk from the main campus of the unversity and plenty of bus stops. The flat is let by a private landlord who is very responsive.
About the room: the room is fully furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and an edinburgh press. There is a seperate shared bathroom and toilet, a cozy living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen.
About me: I'm pretty chill and reserved in the flat, however would always be around for a coffee or watching a movie together! I also attend a local pub quiz so you would be more than welcome to join our team.
I'm looking for someone who is equally relaxed and looking for a cozy space in Edinburgh.
