Colourful cosy room available in Marchmont end Apr

A room in our lovely flat in Grange has become available and we're eager to find someone to move in at the end of April. We're located in Marchmont and comprised of 4 girlies (you soon to be included!)
We have a 🇬🇷 project worker, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳ó %81£󠁴󠁿 NHS nurse and a Marketing Coordinator 🇮🇹 as open-minded and LGBTQ+ friendly flatmates. It's a 4-bed tenement flat with a kitchen, bathroom and shared garden.
• We're looking for a young professional - council tax reasons
• Rent is £492 a month
• Bills can vary but recently we've been paying £40 which drops to £35ish in the warmer months
• There are two bus stops on our street for 5,24,9 and many more!
• council tax around £65 - changes slightly each month
We are friendly open-minded pals working in different sectors, but having lots of common chats in the kitchen once in a while. We are looking for someone who has no trouble spending time alone and socialising from time to time 🙂
