3 rooms in Marchmont

3 rooms available in Marchmont from end of May/start of June.

I will have the other 3 rooms of my Marchmont flat free from roughly May/June, corresponding to when the rest of the flat plan to move out.
You'd be living with myself, a 3rd year Uni of Edinburgh student.
Rent unfortunately will be increased to 700 (up from 625) however i am in contact with the landlord about possibly having this reduced and will update on any change. Bills would be roughly 50/55 a month.

Flat is cosy and spacious with a great view onto Marchmont Road. Large living room and kitchen with a dishwasher, along with 2 toilets. Great location for students as only a 5 minute walk from the main Edinburgh uni library and george sqaure. Bus stops for routes 9 and 24 are located right at our doorstep. Shops, cafes and pubs of Marchmont barely a 2 minute walk away.

Flat would be for students only due to council tax.
