2 Double Bedrooms for Rent in Marchmont

Looking for two new flatmates to move into a 4 bedroom flat in the centre of Marchmont, starting from 1st June 2024 and preferably staying for the duration of the next academic year (2024/25). We have been living here for a year now, but two of our current flatmates are going abroad and so we are hoping to fill their spots on the lease. It is a really lovely flat, with 4 spacious double bedrooms, a large and very bright living room and a very functional kitchen, as well as a spacious communal bathroom. Broadband is not included in rent but is £6.50 per month. We are both going into our third year of uni at the University of Edinburgh and are looking forward to getting to know and living with new people. The university's central campus is about a 15 minute walk away, just across The Meadows, while Kings Buildings is about a 20 minute walk. There are also frequent buses in both directions, with a stop just a couple of minutes from the door of the flat. We're looking for two flatmates who will clean up after themselves and help to keep the space nice to live in. We go out a moderate amount (way too easily convinced) but also have a full uni timetable so have plenty of chill time too. We look forward to meeting you!
