Two double rooms in large duplex in Marchmont

Hi there,

There are two double bedrooms available in a large duplex apartment with garden access located just off the Bruntsfield Links. Situated in Marchmont, we are located right across the road from Margiottas, and have gorgeous cafes/shops/pubs on our doorstep.

This is a 6-bedroom flat, each of the rooms have double beds, are fully furnished and have lots of storage space. The kitchen and living areas are large with plenty of room for everyone to comfortably store food and couch space.

Downstairs: Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom (with toilet and bath).
Upstairs: Four bedrooms, hallway, bathroom (toilet and shower).

We are four young professional women (aged 25-30) looking for two new flatmates. We have a lovely, friendly atmosphere and would love to find flatmates who also enjoy a balance of socialising and having downtime.

Move in date 22nd May and looking for someone who would be able to pay council tax (Band E) and stay for at least one year.
